We are delighted to welcome and introduce our new board member Kelsey Phillips.    She joined the Skamania EDC Board of Directors on July 14th, 2022, and is serving as a Community Representative.   In addition to her Bachelor’s degree in Business, Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.  She is a Project manager for a primary care physician’s office in the area.  She, her husband, and two small children live in Underwood WA.      Kelsey is passionate about fostering entrepreneurship and workforce development in Skamania County.
